On Call Services began as a small Clearwater-based business originally known locally as Peppy’s Cat, founded by entrepreneur Yvan Rotzetter, known to most as Ron. Built with the encouragement of his parents and the support of his family, the business was shaped around one simple idea: being available day and night when the community needed help.
In October 2003, the company was officially incorporated under the name On Call Services—a reflection of Ron and his growing crew being available 24/7. As demand for reliable, trustworthy contractors grew in the North Thompson Valley, On Call began expanding its services to fill critical gaps in the region.
While continuing to provide skid-steer work and residential services, On Call took a major step forward in 2009 with the launch of its Heavy Duty Towing & Recovery division. New to the towing industry, Ron committed to doing things the right way—seeking professional training through industry-leading programs to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable recovery operations.
That commitment paid off. As heavy-duty towing and recovery gained traction, On Call continued expanding, evolving into On Call Service Center and adding services that support infrastructure, construction, utilities, site services, and emergency response. Each addition was driven by real regional needs—not trends.
Today, Ron proudly shares ownership of On Call Service Center with two of his sons, continuing the family-driven foundation the company was built on.
Tyson Rotzetter brings over a decade of management experience from the oil, gas, road building, and safety industries, strengthening operational leadership and project execution.
Marc Rotzetter also brings over 10 years of hands-on experience across a wide range of services, including recovery services, well installation and maintenance, septic system installation and maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and earthworks.
